
The benefits of arts education and activities for children with learning disabilities
From building confidence to developing motor skills, it’s important that parents know that the arts can and should play a vital role in their child’s development. I was recently contacted by Lillian Brooks from Learning Disabilities.Info offering to share their information about how art can be a vital component in the education for children with disabilities. Studies show that children with autism, dyslexia, verbal skills and much more can benefit from exposure to the arts.
