Hermanito
Once a month, a bank in the small village of Alausi, Ecuador gave a small stipend to indigenous workers. Families flocked down from neighboring hillsides and waited in line all day. This young girl was looking after her younger brother, as her family stood in the long line. Her somber look does not reflect her playful nature.
