Going Green

I remember my grandma’s kitchen during canning season. It was an assembly line of preparation of all the produce from her garden.

Many of us are gardening again. From backyards, to roof tops, to community plots, we have rediscovered a distinct pleasure in harvesting the fruits of our labor.
